It's a known fact that our homes have become a second workplace, and work- hours have been stretching well beyond 9 to 5 on both ends. In case of this new work environment, what is proving to be tough is maintaining the demarcation between the work- zone and the non work- zone, and also ensuring quality productivity in spite of the homely ambience. So here are some tricks to help:
 
Be Sleep’s BFF!
If you want to ensure you have a healthy body and mind while also aspiring for top- notch productivity, ample rest during the right time-period is a must. Try your best not to work or stay up well into the wee hours beyond midnight, and rather match your sleep-cycle to the natural day-night cycle of the earth.
 
Stop Over- worrying!
Stressing over every tiny issue is 100% proven harmful for your mental health, while also hampering your concentration and performance at work. Try your very best to develop a more calm, analytical approach towards uncomfortable situations, and more importantly, choose your battles and prioritise. The results will definitely show.
 
Bye-bye Procrastination!
It is always best to be done and dusted with a task if you know you can complete it earlier, rather than letting it loom around your head and festering with low- key anxiety. It sure does matter how good your results are, but it equally matters how quick you can deliver them; yep, effective time- management is the star here. Be prompt, give it your best, and then you can peacefully rest.
